Schneider Electric Learning & Development
As part of a Vanderbilt University Organizational Development course, along with a team we researched, assessed and designed a presentation SE's training and development division to establish a more unified and holistic sales service. ​

Homeland Heart Latino Programming & Outreach
In partnership with the TennCare Community Health Worker Infrastructure Grant, evidence-based analysis was used to design a prototype program with culturally relevant curriculum to train Spanish speaking doulas.

Skills: Figma, curriculum development, translation/transcreation of materials, community outreach, workforce recruitment and organizational development.
Certificate: Postpartum Mental Health Spanish Course Certification. ​

COACH Lab Bilingual Behavioral Nutrition Research
As a bilingual graduate research assistant I supported participant recruitment efforts, data collection across all timepoints, intervention and control sessions, conduct fidelity checks, and maintenance phase calls.

I also acted as an intrapreneur by conducting a S.W.O.T. analysis to assess areas for improved participant engagement. As a result a health equity focused workforce development toolkit was designed to train study staff on cultural humility, power dynamics, and bias. The toolkit was implemented into staff training for improved participant engagement.

Tierra & Lava Supplier & Marketing Consulting
Consulted the Guatemalan clean beauty business, “Tierra & Lava.” As part of Vanderbilt University’s prestigious Center for Social Ventures. Developed an action plan to improve the client’s indigenous supplier relations and marketing strategy.​
Skills: Spanish translator, cultural humility, qualitative data collection, design thinking, marketing and project management.​

Primeros Pasos Grant Proposal
A grant proposal was written in consultation with Primeros Pasos, a Guatemalan a women-led non-profit providing healthcare services in Palajunoj valley of Quetzaltenango, Guatemala. The clinic’s aim was to optimize their current mobile clinics to increase access for the valley.

TEC Program Evaluation
In partnership with nonprofit, Tennessee Environmental Council, and a team of Vanderbilt graduate students, proposed a program evaluation to assess program effectiveness and efficiency and analyze current outreach and promotion strategy.

Skills: Stakeholder analysis, logic modeling, study design, data collection instrument development, data analysis, community engagement strategy, leadership and project management.​

Multi-Cultural Marketing & Branding
As the first Bilingual Marketing & Brand Associate for Planned Parenthood League of Massachusetts I spearheaded a cultural and vocabulary resource guide on how to appropriately communicate with Latino communities on sexual and reproductive health. Additionally, I designed educational campaigns, supported the organization's strategic plan, and development funds. ​

Public Relations Client Management
As an account executive I supported clients in organ donation and large healthcare systems. Services included crisis communications support, media relations, and thought leadership.​
